Clean rooms with daily maintenance. The themed dinner nights offered great variety. Pool area was crowded, making it tricky to find loungers. Evening entertainment felt a bit low-key for younger guests. A nice spot overall.

Great location, 15 minutes' walk to a huge outdoor water park. Exceptional staff, airy and huge rooms for 1 drink. Nice hot and gorgeous breakfast options with biscuits, Continental tastes, english bacon...

The hotel is in a fantastic location,just 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the bars so not to noisy even though its on a busy road.The staff are polite and attentive and even though its classed as a 3 star,we found it better than some 4 star hotels we've been to.The food is good and theres always different choices. We stayed here last year and although we arrived during the night at 1 a.m, they had left us out a covered chicken salad,fruit and water.A nice touch.

The only thing annoying was at the solarium sun deck,where about 8 different elderly couples (English) would leave their towels over the sunbeds along with a parasol every day so that no-one else could use them.Somedays they wouldnt arrive until 3 p.m.This lasted the duration of the holiday

Very good food selection and tasty meals.

We stayed in a family room that felt inadequate. The extra bed was crammed into a standard room, leaving no space to move. To make matters worse, the walls were so thin that we endured a prolonged disturbance due to noise from neighboring guests all night long. It completely ruined our last evening.

only stay one night but had a great stay the hotel was near everything you needed the price i paid included evening meal and breakfast and was really good value for money would stay there again

The place is nice, and provides everything I need, like free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me print documents during my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

This hotel is fantastic. We had never stayed here before but will definately be returning. The hotel facilities and our room were spotless. We stayed for one week and cannot praise the hotel enough. The food was fabulous. Great selection. We stayed full board and it was excellent value. The swimming pool is great and its right beside the beach (5min walk). The shops and bars are all within walking distance yet the hotel has a very quiet and relaxed feel to it. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly which we were surprised at given previous experiences at other spanish hotels. I would not hestitate in recommending this hotel to anybody.

Everything about this place was amazing! The cleanliness was great, with super clean rooms every day. We enjoyed themed dinner nights and the fabulous pool area offered great loungers without the usual rush. I loved the sea views from our room. It was fine!

Lovely hotel in good area for both the beach and the nightlife, friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily.

Only fault with this hotel was the restaraunt, not a lot of choice of food, trays of food not replaced quickly enough when empty, no organisation eg eggs at one end of room bacon at the other etc always running out of things and having to wait.

Excellent stay with attentive service! The buffet style meals were consistently tasty, fresh, and offered a fantastic variety. The location made it easy to access nearby attractions.

As we only spent a few days in the hotel and the weather was bad, we felt very comfortable when we were restricted to the hotel and the staff were helpful. We certainly will go back to the hotel next year.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel, excellent bar prices and friendly and polite staff. A very nice gesture was a free night out at the Benidorm Palace.
